Working with scholars around the world, the Women's Bioethics Project
bridges the gap between those who make policy and those who are most
affected by it.
Our primary activities are:
We review and synthesize existing research, sponsor original research, and promote sound analysis of key bioethics issues.
We partner with advocacy groups and member-based organizations that share our vision.
We
increase public understanding of bioethical issues and facilitate
discussion between experts and the public by way of our website, media
placements, and community events.
We educate
policymakers and cultivate leadership on bioethical issues by providing
evidence and analysis to help policymakers better serve their
constituencies.
